Have you ever wished you could print a calendar with the activities of different users shown in different colors? Have you ever wished you could see or print the contact's address on your calendar? Or any other field of your database? With MyCalendar you can. MyCalendar creates your calendar in HTML format and automatically launches Internet Explorer to view it. You can then print view or print as needed without opening ACT!.

With MyCalendar you can:

  • use color to distinguish between users or priorities.
  • display up to 19 different fields on your calendar!
  • create a calendar for as many days as you wish (between one day and one month).

How does it work?

You launch MyCalendar from ACT! and MyCalendar automatically opens your browser (Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher) and displays your calendar. You can then print it or post it on your server for remote access.
